Event description
Say Goodnight to Insomnia, Snoring, and Sleep Apnoea!

About this event

Healthy, functional day-to-day breathing helps in getting a deep and restful sleep!

Do you often wake up still feeling tired as if you haven’t slept a wink?

Do you feel “blah”, fatigued, and lethargic …and lack energy to fully engage in your life?

Do you snore or wake yourself up with a gasp or snort or have to sleep with a cumbersome CPAP machine?

Imagine what would be possible if you felt energetic from the time you woke up … to the time you went to sleep (and you get to sleep easily!).

Say Goodnight to Insomnia,Snoring, and Sleep Apnoea!

The Breathe Clinic is hosting an online Masterclass to help you identify and begin to correct the one overlooked factor that contributes to insomnia, snoring, and sleep apnoea … so that you never have to go another day feeling like ‘you haven’t slept at all and that you’re too tired to handle life’.

Date and time: 19 February, 11:30 am NZDT

Check the time in your region here.

Note: Attending this Masterclass Live will give you the opportunity to ask your questions and also get into the draw for a free Breathing Assessment. If, however, you are not able to attend Live, a recording will be made available to all who register.

During this Masterclass you will:

• discover what this one common breathing habit is and its effects on your sleep.

• understand how this common breathing habit prevents you from getting deep, restful and uninterrupted sleep and causes snoring, and sleep apnoea

• learn practical, immediately implementable tips to help you start to get your breathing back on track and improve your sleep

What if I can't make the time, will a recording be made available?

A recording will be made available for a week after the session for all registered participants.

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

You may contact the organiser by sending a message through The Breathe Clinic's Facebook page. or via email at

 What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket on to someone else who may attend.

About Your Presenter – DINA CENIZA

Dina has a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science), a Master of Arts (Special Needs Education) and is a Certified Practitioner in the Buteyko Method from the Buteyko Institute of Breathing and Health (BIBH). She has an extensive background in teaching and training.

Dina, her husband, children and parents have all successfully completed a breathing retraining course for their own health and have implemented the good breathing habits they learned into their lives with enormous success. She personally suffered from insomnia, anxiety, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis (an autoimmune condition), and severe asthma which saw her hospitalised twice in 2013. With her condition not being alleviated by the asthma medications she was taking, she sought a second opinion from another GP who identified chronic hidden hyperventilation as the root cause of her problem and recommended Buteyko. With the help of Buteyko and her new GP, she was able to stabilise her condition and taper off her medication within nine months. Her insomnia, anxiety and Hashimoto's symptoms also resolved. In addition, as a direct result of the Buteyko Method, her husband no longer snores and her children’s asthma and hayfever are well managed just by their healthy breathing habits.

Dina is passionate about showing others that it is possible to breathe better, sleep deeper, be calmer, have more energy, and get back enjoyment in life!
