Disclaimer: Breathwork is not recommended for people who have heart disease, have had a stroke or severe asthma.

20% of the proceeds go to the establishment of Empower the Powerful's "Journey to Healing", this is a new non-profit organisation apart of Empower the Powerful that aims to provide women and men who have been exploited by the fast growing sex trading epidemic throughout Asia. This charity will also provide victims of sexual violence who do not have the income to access breathwork and other resources aiding them along their healing journey.

BREATHWORK:

As a registered nurse, I have found this practice to be one of the most healing modalities I have ever engaged in. It promotes opening and expansion of the airways from once shallow and restricted breathing patterns. It facilitates a fulfilling, connected and balanced life by moving through suffering, pain and tension to relaxation and ease.

Breathwork not only has the potential to expose suppressed adverse experiences and emotions but also resolve them through releasing the associated stored stress and tension trapped in the nervous system and subconscious mind.

Whatever it is you want in life or from life - it starts with YOU. The quality of your life is determined by the quality of the relationship you have with yourself. Breathwork helps bring our awareness to what's holding us back so you can step in to that deep sense of self belief and know without a shadow of a doubt you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
