Welcome to the Burn + Balance Class event! Join us for a fun and energizing workout session that will help you create full body structural balance & alignment for optimal movement & function. This in-person event will take place on Tuesdays & Fridays at 8:30 AM at the Riverhead Citizens Hall.

Tuesdays: Level 1 - Suitable for those just starting out with or returning to exercise, or looking to keep things a little more chill & focus on moving with the breath.

Fridays: Level 2 - Suitable for those who are regularly active, looking for a challenge & a spicy workout!

All fitness levels are welcome, mats are supplied, just bring some water. :)

If you're unsure, feel free to send me an email with a little more information about you & where you're at with your exercise journey, I can provide a recommendation for which would suit you best. Or feel free to just come and give either class a try! I'll always provide modifications.

Is there a bathroom at the venue?

Yes, there is a toilet, sink, and baby changing table.

Can I bring my child?

Yes feel free to bring your child with you, there is lots of space!
