In this online programme of 3 weekly sessions, we will discuss practical strategies which will help you go from burnout to brilliance.

About this event

My brand new programme is now open to the public for one time only this year. This 3 weekly session programme helps you go from burnout to brilliance.

In this workshop we’ll look at how we can thrive both at work and at life. This includes building our resilience and energy to ensure we're sustainable, mastering our mind-set, building our confidence to be out best without burning out in the process. Understanding the secrets behind peak performance and a brilliant mind.

We'll meet for 3 weeks on a Monday after work (online) and I'll guide you through practical content, Q&A and exercises to help you bring to life these strategies to keep you at your best.

Do you feel tired, too busy, been spread to thin for too long?  Does the constant change and uncertainty leave you feeling like you're chasing your tail?  Struggling to focus or find the time to think or the energy to do all the things you'd like to outside of work?

Learn practical strategies which will help you re-energise, focus, be happier and healthier and go from burnout to brilliance.

This is a must attend programme to ensure you’re getting the best from yourself and can bounce back from the change and uncertainty in life. The programme will reenergise you, and sustain you to unleash your potential, stand in your power, and unlock the keys to brilliance.

In this series of workshops, you will:

• Understand the difference between busy and productive

• Master the habits of high performance

• Gain focus, clarity and flow

• Keep calm amid the chaos and give yourself space to thrive, even in the tough times

• Learn to manage change and uncertainty and find balance in the busyness

• Know your triggers and ensure you are a sustainable resource

• Perform at your peak without burning out in the process

• Overcome overwhelm and build resilience

• Improve productivity and effectiveness

You will also master the art of slowing down to speed up, understand the power of the mind and how to use it to stay focused, calm and effective. You will learn the difference between busy and productive and ensure you are a sustainable resource to overcome challenges and uncertainty and deliver on your potential.

A welcome pack full of books and treats will come to your door ahead of the programme and a chance to spend 3 weeks live with Jess online to ask your questions and learn transformational ways to work and live. You'll also get lifetime access to the online elearning platform after the sessions to sustain your learning well beyond the live classes.
