Business Recovery, Resilience & Digital Change (GridAKL Cafe Collective)
Event Information
About this Event
Business resilience is the ability for companies and organisations to adapt with unforeseen change or disruption while maintaining customers, operations and assets.
Business recovery is the process to regain and redevelop products for current as well as new markets.
Digital change and transformation starts with the right software technology for businesses, which is to either automate manual activity or renew legacy software with another version. It could be either bespoke software tailored for a particular purpose or off-the-shelf, subject to cost.
The first presentation is by Nalin Witjetilleke of Continuity NZ to help dispel doubt from Covid-19, overview roadmaps for recovery then resilience and navigate uncertainty with hope as well as optimism in search of the business growth path again.
The next presenter is Anthony McMahon from The IT Psychiatrist to lead digital transformation for better business outcomes, which supports any businesses and organisations left behind in the digital revolution as well as enhances customer experiences.
