Cacao & Somatic Breathwork

Join me for a grounding and transformative afternoon. Here we will be journeying with ceremonial grade cacao before an expansive breathwork journey.

Ceremonial grade cacao promotes emotional healing, spiritual growth and heart expansion (plus it's super delicious!).

The breathwork journey will allow you to release any stress, anxiety or suppressed emotions in a safe container. You will feel relaxed and blissful after.

This style of breathwork (holotropic & somatic) allows for significant shifts in energy. You are guided into altered states of consciousness through the breath to a powerful set of music.

I will guide you through the breathwork journey from start to finish. All levels are welcome from beginners to advanced.

Cacao: This cacao is potent in theobromine, tryptamine (a precursor to DMT) and phenylethylamine (PEA) which significantly increases feelings of intense satisfaction, embodiment and spiritual awakening. It also contains high levels of tryptophan for sensations of joy and happiness.

Our journey begins with white sage, to cleanse our energy and ground us into the earth. This flows into the cacao ceremony where we open our hearts to this sacred plant medicine. The theobromine & PEA in the cacao will stimulate feelings of joy, love and expansion. Followed by an introduction to breathwork and the 40 minute somatic breathwork journey (to a specially curated set of music), where you will be supported to release any stress, emotions or stagnant energy, creating space for clarity and bliss. I will be facilitating you along this journey and will use energy and somatic work where needed. You will remain lying down, letting the healing frequencies wash over you during the meditation. We end the ceremony with an optional share circle and integration tools for you to take home.

Please Note:
Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Doors will close at 2:00 PM sharp, and late entry will not be permitted. Avoid eating or consuming caffeine 1–2 hours prior, and wear comfortable clothing.
