About your presenter – Dina Ceniza

Dina is a Breathing Coach and certified Buteyko Practitioner who specializes in working with people who have anxiety and stress.

She struggled with asthma and anxiety 8 years ago, before finding a healthy, natural approach that helped her overcome asthma and anxiety.

Dina is excited to share some tips on how you can start shifting your breathing to healthy, natural breathing to help manage anxiety, panic attacks and stress.

Organiser The Breathe Clinic

Organiser of Calm, Cool, and Collected (online masterclass)

The Breathe Clinic was established by Dina Ceniza in 2016 as a result of her personal experience with the Buteyko Method. It is located in the suburb of Glendene, in Auckland, New Zealand. The Clinic helps people with various conditions by addressing chronic hyperventilation. The Buteyko Method is used to restore healthy functional breathing and help conditions caused by chronic hyperventilation including, asthma, hay fever, allergies, insomnia, snoring, sleep apnoea, chronic fatigue, anxiety and stress.
