As workplace wellbeing experts, the Best of Today Team are equipped with the knowledge and brain based coaching resources to overcome the challenges in front of you at this time. This session has the intention of offering you as individuals the chance to self-reflect on the current levels of your own energy tanks and to be able to prioritise what you need in order to thrive, rather than simply survive.
