The pair have worked together to create the one-off barrel-aged Spresso and to mark this, Miles and Logan are hosting an exclusive dinner at Caravan Exmouth Market, showcasing the diversity of flavours in coffee and beer.
The carefully curated 4-course dinner menu will include dishes such as 'Scallop ceviche, lardo & bergamot' and 'Mutton shoulder, chermoula & fried aubergine relish' each chosen to complement both coffee and beer. Miles and Logan have worked together to match each dish with a different Beavertown beer and will be educating guests on the profiles of each and the process of pairing food with beer and coffee - as well as a chance for guests to try the limited edition Spresso.
The Spresso dinner will take place at Caravan Exmouth Market on 6th February. Miles & Logan will open the doors at 7pm for drinks, nibbles and discussion, with the first course served promptly at 8pm. Tickets cost £45 a head which includes the 4-course set menu paired with Beavertown beers (service not included). Additional drinks can be bought on the night.
