Marjolein Lips-Wiersma, Professor of Ethics and Sustainability Leadership at AUT's Business School, is a leading expert in developing and supporting meaning in the workplace. Her research takes place at the nexus of Meaningful Work, Sustainability, Hope and Well-being.

Marjo's research on meaningful work is used in various organisations around the world. She is co-director of "Map of Meaning International" which, through training and certifying practitioners, helps individuals and organisations create and maintain meaningful work.
