What could it mean to live in a caring economy?

This symposium invites anyone working across research, advocacy, community engagement and policy domains to come together for one day to collectively reframe care as the foundation of our economic activities.

Guided by an opening plenary from eminent scholar Professor Joan Tronto, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in workshops to share their ideas and perspectives on how we might recentre care across a range of different domains. The aim of the symposium is to forge new avenues of research and engagement to make possible a more caring future for Aotearoa.
