Need to know:

• 18:00 – Guests arrive & are seated, welcome drink served
• 18:30 - Entree served followed by mains & dessert
• 20:15 - Guests board the Bay Explorer
• 20:30 - Bay Explorer departs. Cash bar available on board.
• 22:30 - Bay Explorer returns to Trinity Wharf. Cash bar available at Trinity Wharf for additional drinks.
• Please dress for the weather conditions. It can get chilly, so bring something to wrap up warm, and ideally wear comfortable, flat soled shoes.

COVID Requirements

• All guests must present their My Vaccine Pass and photo ID on arrival to gain entry to the hotel and this event
• All guests must QR code scan in when entering the hotel and the Bay Explorer boat
• Guests must wear masks while on hotel premises and when on the Bay Explorer boat
• Masks are not required when eating or drinking
• Guests are asked to keep 1-2 metres physical distance from other groups
• Table service only

**COVID Vaccination Policy**

This event is a vaccination only event. All guests must present their My Vaccine Pass on arrival to gain entry to the hotel and Bay Explorer boat. Negative COVID tests will not be accepted in lieu of the My Vaccine Pass. For more information about our Vaccination Policy, visit our website.

**COVID Cancellation Policy**

If Trinity Wharf needs to cancel the event due to COVID-19, or a ticket holder needs to cancel due to New Zealand Government COVID-19 travel restrictions, tickets will be fully refunded if notice of cancellation is more than 7 days prior to the event. If notice of cancellation is within 7 days of the event, Trinity Wharf reserves the right to charge 20% of the ticket price per person for food related expenses (if already ordered).
