CHOCOLATE COURAGE - The Love Edition
Date and time
Whether or not you are a V Day fan, come along to this month's Chocolate Courage gathering with a focus on love, life and chocolate!
About this event
There is a reason why chocolate is often associated with matters of the heart! Traditional Peruvian and Mayan cultures used cacao (chocolate in its most purest form) as heart medicine and a way to connect us to not only ourselves and those around us but also to our ancestors and to Mother Nature. Today's science also supports that a little bit of dark chocolate benefits heart health as well as how eating chocolate can produce similar chemicals to that of being 'in love.'
Lead by wellness coach and chocolate entrepreneur, Ally McDonald-Bull, our conversation this more will firstly delve a bit more into the traditional and scientific links between chocolate and the heart and then, once we are all dosed up on the good stuff (chocolate), we will open up the conversation to other matters around love and life.
