Complex Problems, Shared Solutions
A structured, research-informed workshop for school leaders tackling persistent challenges that impact student achievement. Using the Collaborative Complex Problem-Solving (CCPS) framework, you’ll work through a five-stage process to identify root causes, test ideas, and develop sustainable, evidence-based solutions that lead to lasting improvement.
