Keynote speakers and presenters will consider different interpretations of vision – not just the act of seeing, but of reflecting, imagining, and manifesting. As inherently visual objects, what can textiles tell us about ourselves and our histories? What can we learn from narrowing our focus on the past, or gazing into the future?

LOCATION: Auckland University of Technology, corner Wellesley Street East and Mayoral Drive, Central Auckland in the Sir Paul Reeves Building, room WG 308 (subject to change).
PROGRAMME: The symposium is held over three days and consists of several keynote speakers, a range of presenters and opportunities to network with other attendees.

OPTIONAL EXTRA: The CTANZ Symposium Dinner held on Friday 30th April, 6pm at Four Seasons - the AUT Hospitality School on-campus restaurant which includes three courses and two drinks. $60pp, bookings are essential and not included in the symposium ticket.
