About The Conscious Living Workshops
Most of us run on autopilot, following routines, reacting to demands, and rarely stopping to notice how we’re actually living. Conscious living is about switching off autopilot and becoming an active participant in the creation of your own life.
In this series, two coaches share their respective perspectives on how to live with greater presence and direction. You’ll explore practical tools for noticing what’s happening around you (and within you), reshaping the way you think, and taking deliberate action that moves your life forward.

About This Workshop (1 of 2): Cultivating Awareness
Creating Space Within is a 1.5-hour workshop designed to help you slow down, breathe and make space in the midst of life’s busyness. Through simple practices and guided reflection, you’ll learn to create clarity, listen more deeply to yourself and cultivate calm and openness in your daily life. Come as you are — this gentle and practical session is perfect for anyone seeking a mindful reset and space to simply be.
Repeated over two days:
