Event description

Description

Cultural intelligence (CQ) is the ability to cross divides and thrive in multiple cultures, understanding that generational globalisation, technology and diversity in all shapes and forms are forcing new approaches to leadership, co-habitation and coaching.

With super diverse cities like Auckland ranking as the world's fourth most culturally diverse city clocking in with 39 percent of the population born overseas, we now have an opportunity to create new coaching awareness, knowledge and practices using CQ.

This interactive session will bring to life the benefits and challenges of CQ in your coaching business.

Some of the benefits of CQ in coaching are:

  • Greater cultural awareness outside of your cultural norm

  • Deeper cultural connection and awareness for both coach and client

  • Support clients to develop new world leadership skills and CQ awareness

  • Broaden your market reach to new diverse coaching clients
