Event description

Description

Here’s an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of leaders in I&D to create and accelerate the new best practice in the field.

Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is becoming an essential skill that leaders and organisations require in today’s changing and diverse New Zealand business environment. It has been identified by the foundation I&D Incubator community as one of three focus areas that they wish to explore further to create best-practice I&D in NZ. Cultural Intelligence is the ability to interact effectively in culturally diverse settings in our organisations and businesses (generational, gender, ethnicity and organisational culture).

To facilitate further understanding and application of Cultural Intelligence in NZ organisations, we are hosting a deep dive into CQ with the foundation community, and inviting others with a focus and passion for I&D to participate.

Join us as we invest a day diagnosing our current state of how to develop Cultural Intelligence individually, and to explore how it can be developed within our workplaces and communities. Get inspired and informed by our NZ expert and member of the I&D Incubator foundation group Shireen Chua. The I&D Incubator plans to grow a movement of taking smart and meaningful action in order to make a difference both in our own areas and across New Zealand.

We are offering limited spaces for this opportunity on 23rd August, and we look forward to helping you and your organisations harness the power of diversity to make NZ a better place for everyone.
