The Ministry of Education invites you to a series of Zoom webinars that explore the connection of the Professional Learning and Development (PLD) priorities to other areas within the education sector.
This webinar is: Curriculum Progress Tools: Connection to new initiatives and PLD Priorities, presented by Alastair Schaw, Ministry of Education.
Alastair is the Central Co-ordinator of the Curriculum Progress Tools (LPF & PaCT). As a response to Covid his team developed an online PLD process, using Zoom, to deliver just-in-time PLD to schools wanting to investigate and implement the CPTs. As well as discussion of the online PLD process, Alastair will be presenting some of the new features and development within PaCT and LPF, and weaving them into the way they support coming initiatives: Record of Learning, Curriculum Progress Map and NCEA changes.
