TAUTOKO NETWORK: SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY SECTOR

Volunteering Canterbury is delighted to announce it's third Workshop for 2018: Customer Service - Keeping existing clients happy while gaining new ones

We are delighted to have Jean Barr to facilitate this Workshop. As well as being involved in community organisations, including YWCA, Jean is the CEO of Top Achievers Sales Training; for more information, check out the website: www.topachieverssalestraining.co.nz. If you are a volunteer or a manager of volunteers, in particular in the retail - Op Shop - area, we encourage you to come along to this workshop. With increasing use of op shops as fundraising tools by many charities, let's ensure that customer service is up there with the best. An excellent training also to be able to offer your valuable volunteers!
