Struggling to balance research, work, and life as a PhD student? Join us for "Physical Storytelling/Mapping – A Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) Approach to Managing PhD Work-Study-Life Balance". This interactive wellbeing workshop uses movement, body mapping, and creative reflection to help you better understand and manage the pressures of doctoral life. No dance experience required, just bring yourself and a curiosity to explore. Take a break, reconnect with your body, and leave with practical tools to support your wellbeing throughout your PhD journey.
There will be light refreshment provided. Please bring your own water bottle for hydration.
