Frequently asked questions

What does it mean by 2-for-1 or Double Deal?

Our 2-for-1/Double Deal tickets can only be purchased in a minimum of 2. The definition behind our '2-for-1' and 'Double Deal' means patrons are purchasing 2 tickets for the price of one. E.g. 2 x '2-for-1 ticket' costs $119 ($59.50 each). 1 ticket = 1 attendee.

Will there be parking onsite?

No, there will be no parking onsite. There are side streets available for parking and you must walk to the venue.

What form of ID can I bring?

We only accept the following: Valid NZ Photo Drivers License, Valid Passport, Valid 18+ Card. We DO NOT accept birth certificates, School IDs and any expired form of ID.

Can I bring a water bottle?

Yes you can. It must be an empty plastic bottle - you can fill it up in the venue at our various water stations. (No glass or metal bottles allowed)

Does the ticket need to match the name of the attendee?

No, name change is not required.
