NZITC invites you to join us for an online workship with the wonderful Elena Marouchos, RIE® Associate, taking a deeper look at our leadeship practices can impact Primary Educator Relationships.

This workshop invites educators to reflect on the leadership practices and policies that shape and support Primary Educator Relationships, with a focus on the practical management and leadership required for effective implementation. While the benefits of primary caregiving are well-documented, this workshop explores the nuanced approaches necessary for creating environments where educators feel empowered, supported, and truly valued.

Through stories from educators in Australia and New Zealand, we’ll deepen our understanding of how leadership impacts both educator well-being and children's outcomes. We’ll also examine how to better bridge the gap between policy, pedagogy, and practice, fostering a shift from respect to the deep respect that Magda Gerber emphasizes in her work.

Join us for an enriching session that will inspire and equip you with strategies to transform your approach to educator relationships, leadership, and well-being.
