Designing Social Enterprise Impact
Social enterprises are mission driven organisations that measure their success by their positive impact. Many find it a challenge to measure and communicate that change.
In this workshop you will:
- Define your purpose to anchor your impact
- Explore what it will take to achieve your purpose
- Find sources of evidence for impact, and
- Create a basic model to show the logic of impact.
Come along for a three-hour workshop that includes content delivery, facilitation and practical work. You'll be in a room with other like-minded people, get inspired, and know how to move forward!
Please be on time, we'll serve tea & coffee on arrival.
I'm not sure if I'm a social enterprise - how do I know?
Social enterprises can look like many different things. Some are trusts, others are companies, and many are charities and community organisations. Fundamentally, social enterprises are mission driven organisations that trade for a social or environmental purpose. They aim to earn a profit and reinvest some of it towards fulfilling that purpose.
