About our Presenter: Simon Miller

Simon holds a BBS and a PGDip Bus Admin from Massey University, and is the OPRA South Island Manager. He is an accredited Emotional Intelligence master coach and trainer. With 15+ years’ experience working in the fields of organisational development, change management, and learning and development, he offers an exciting blend of research with practical expertise.

Simon specialises in the design and delivery of blended learning and development solutions; incorporating e-Learning, facilitator-led workshops, on-the-job learning, and leader-led coaching. He is responsible for the on-going delivery of multiple leadership development programmes for OPRA clients in New Zealand and Australia; one of whom won a national HRINZ award for the tangible results achieved.

Outside of work, Simon is a dedicated family man, and a keen mountaineer who has scaled multiple peaks in the New Zealand Southern Alps.
