Do you find yourself on your phone or device more than you feel you should be?
Jess Wilson, Wellbeing Ōpuke Community Connector and Life Coach, will share some facts around smartphone (or device) addiction in this Digital Detox workshop.
Jess will show us how to do a screen time audit and offer tips on how to outsmart our smartphone! She will work with participants in setting individual challenges, which are personalised for you. The free session will finish with a tiny habits exercise designed to help minimize screen time.
