Recover, rebuild and advance: What customer experience strategies companies are implementing over the next 6 months

About this event

Businesses face more uncertainty than ever.

With the experience of the pandemic as a collective and universal topic, it’s also a unique and personal experience for all – retailers to financial services, utilities and telco to healthcare facilities – continue to face challenges that are complex, diverse and specific to their individual reality.

The recovery process continues to evolve as we navigate the challenges created by this new landscape before us. We’ve seen reshaped strategies and reprioritized investments. We’ve seen both cost cutting and investment for the future. Most of all, we see an unprecedented resolve to recover, rebuild and advance in every community we serve.

This is a natural evolution of long-standing digital transformation initiatives, focused and aligned to the unique challenges and opportunities facing organizations. Rather than digital transformation for the sake of innovation. These are digital strategies focused on making every business more resilient, more flexible and more prepared to drive recovery and growth in the face of future challenges.

Join us for the final Conversation Community event for the year – a live panel discussion to discuss strategies businesses are looking to take into next year.
