About the series
Digital storytelling is a powerful tool to retell your favourite stories and create our own.
Through these sessions, you will create an interactive story using simple code and develop a process for storytelling through Digital Technologies. On completion, you will have resources and projects that can be used and integrated into the classroom with your ākonga.
These webinars will introduce,
- Animation using code
- Unplugged activities for the classroom
- Programming concepts: debugging, conditional statements, broadcasting messages
- Digital storyboarding
Who are these hui for?
This webinar series is suitable for kaiako that are beginning their journey with code or for those that have dabbled.
Hui will be delivered in English Medium but supportive of Te Reo Māori values.
Free to all Kaiako in Aotearoa New Zealand who are ready to bring storytelling using Digital Technologies to their classroom.

All hui are 3:30pm - 4:45 pm - there in 15min of Q&A after each hui.
