Bokashi is a way of 'pickling' your food scraps to make it into a wonderful composting product for your garden.
Find out how to make your own bokashi to take home. All materials provided.

New or old to the fermenting way come and learn, share and try. In this introduction to fermented foods you will find out why fermented foods are good for you. You will be able to try home made and purchased fermented foods and learn the basics about making your own. Starter cultures will be available free after the workshop.
