About this event
New Lynn Community Centre has been working with the West Auckland Resource Centre to bring you this short series of DIY Workshops for adults. These are free workshops and no prior skill or knowledge is required to join, so sign up today!
Class One: Beauty Products - Learn about beauty product waste and chemicals, and how to make your own at home in a healthier and more sustainable way! You will make your own Kawakawa moisturiser bar, night serum, and beeswax wraps to take home.
This class will run on Thursday 5th and Thursday 19th of May. 15 spaces per class - you only need to book tickets for one of these dates
Class Two: Sewing Skills - Learn how to use a sewing machine to make a napkin and travel cutlery holder case. You will gain skills to use a sewing machine and be able to take your cutlery holder home too!
This class will run on Thursday 12th and Thursday 26th of May. Only 6 spaces per class - you only need to book tickets for one of these dates
