Does a busy mind keep you up at night? Would you like to feel less anxious & stressed out without having to take medications? Would you like to worry less, not get so overwhelmed or feel less socially awkward?

Dr Heidi Douglass can teach you effective anxiety skills as part of her weekly Raglan Workshop Series in July. Learn scientifically proven skills to calm your body & better manage anxiety thoughts so that you can feel more calm, relaxed & happy.

Dr. Heidi Douglass is a registered Clinical Psychologist with 35 years of experience in the field of Psychology. Dr. Heidi helps people feel better WITHOUT the use of medications.

Wednesday evening 3/7/19 in Raglan kicks off with our Anxiety Skills workshop. Low cost (approx $27 per workshop), one koha seat per workshop, maximum of 10 people only. If you feel shy, you can just listen in.

Pre-booking is essential. Each workshop is sold separately. You can purchase just one ticket and come along to only one workshop or you can buy as many as you are interested in. The workshop venue is on the East Side of Raglan. The specific address and directions will be emailed to ticket holders.

The workshop will start promptly at 6pm and it will end on time at 7:15pm. If you can arrive a few minutes early to settle in that would be helpful.

This workshop series is designed for adults age 18 and over. No children will be allowed at this event. If you are responsible for the care of children under the age of 18, you will need to arrange offsite child care.

A plant based tea service is included.

Confidentiality will be emphasised.

Each person will be emailed a hand out of skills and strategies that we cover and resources for further study.

Since this is such a small event, refunds are not possible. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop on the day, you can gift your ticket to a friend who can come in your place.
