e4 Summer Camp 2021 (Encourage, Energize & Equip to Enlarge the Kingdom)

We have made e4 as affordable as possible to attend. You pay us only for the event itself.

The Pines Holiday Park is located right next to the venue that we will be using and the Alpine Adventure Holiday Park is just 1.6km up the road. Both of these parks offer a range of accomodation options in a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Daily Programme: 9.00 am Worship and Ministry Zones for all ages; 11.00am Equipping Streams; 12.30 pm Lunch and free time; 7.00 pm Ministry Zones.

The adult zone speaker this year will be Michael Thomas with Nick Maddy leading the Youth zone.

Michael Thomas is a post career missionary with Celebrate Messiah New Zealand and directly involved in Jewish Evangelism with Israeli backpackers. Michael was raised in a completely irreligious home; became born-again in high school and deepened his faith in Jesus by his early twenties. About 15 years ago he began reading scripture much more in depth and this totally changed the way he sees and understands God. Michael and his wife Teresa immigrated to NZ from Washington D.C. in 2017 with their youngest son. In addition to evangelism and leading bible studies, Michael regularly preaches and speaks in churches all over New Zealand, typically on the Jewish Roots of the Christian faith and on deepening our walk with the Lord.

Nick Maddy is a Wyomingite from the United States who has been living in New Zealand for a year now working for a Christian ministry called the Navigators. He has another year commitment to serve at the University of Canterbury working with students to help them grow in their relationship with God. Nick is passionate about God's name being proclaimed in all nations. Also, if you have any questions about the Lord of the Rings, he's your guy!

About Ministry Equipping Streams: Because e4 is very intentional about equipping Christians those attending will attend a single ministry Equipping Stream for the whole event.

The fine print:

1. There is limited off street parking for guests.
2. No pets, or non-prescription drugs are allowed on site.
3. Children and youth must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and you must advise us who this will be if they are not with you.
4. All our team members have passed a police child safety check.
5. Registration is transferrable.
6. We will refund you if you advise us before 9 January 2021, less a $25 administration fee per person.
7. Activities and participants may be photographed for use in future promotions.

I don't have a credit card. How can I register?

Can I pay a deposit to secure a booking?

Sorry, no. Our prices are low you will need to pay in full.

What is the refund policy?

We will refund you less a $25 administration fee per person if you advise us before 7 January 2021

What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?

There is a car park at the venue which is also within walking distance of a number of accommodation providers.

What can/can't I bring into the event?

No pets, or non-prescription drugs.

Can my child or teen attend without me?

Only if they come with an adult to take responsibility for them. You need to advise us who this will be.

Will my child be safe?

All our team members have passed a police check. Physical safety outside of programme hours is over to parents or the responsible adult.
