e4 Summer Camp 2022

We're excited to announce the return of e4 Summer Camp in January 2022. Our purpose is to encourage, energise and equip the body to enlarge the Kingdom of God! Start the year ready to listen to what God has to say to you and His church.

E4 Summer Camp is not simply a conference, but a fantastic family holiday with worship, teaching, and ministry. Afternoons are kept free for you to enjoy the beautiful alpine environment.

This year's adult zone speaker is Roy Warren. In addition, a number of dynamic speakers will lead the morning equipping streams. Children will have a kidzone programme led by Cam Stewart and Scarlett Brown.

The daily programme involves: 9.00 am Worship and Ministry Zones for all ages; 11.00am Equipping Streams; 12.30 pm Lunch and free time; 7.00 pm Ministry Zones.

e4 is very intentional about equipping Christians and those attending will attend a single ministry Equipping Stream for the whole event.

The Pines Holiday Park is located accross the road from the venue that we will be using and the Alpine Adventure Holiday Park is just 1.6km up the road. Both of these parks offer a range of accomodation options in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. There are also a number of holiday homes which you could share with another family.

FAQs

 I don't have a credit card. How can I register?

 Can I pay a deposit to secure a booking?

Sorry, no. Our prices are low you will need to pay in full.

 What is the refund policy?

We will refund you less a $25 administration fee per person if you advise us before 7 January 2021

 What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?

There is a car park at the venue which is also within walking distance of a number of accommodation providers.

 What can/can't I bring into the event?

No pets, or non-prescription drugs.

 Can my child or teen attend without me?

Only if they come with an adult to take responsibility for them. You need to advise us who this will be.

 Will my child be safe?

All our team members have passed a police check. Physical safety outside of programme hours is over to parents or the responsible adult.

 Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you just have to check in at the registration desk.

 Can I update my registration information?

 Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. But please advise us who is coming in your place.

The fine print:

1. There is limited off-street parking for guests.
2. No pets, or non-prescription drugs are allowed on site.
3. Children and youth must be accompanied by a responsible adult, and you must advise us who this will be if they are not with you.
4. All our team members have passed a police child safety check.
5. Registration is transferrable.
6. We will refund you if you advise us before 9 January 2022, less a $25 administration fee per person.
7. Activities and participants may be photographed for use in future promotions.
