Welcome to the Elebreath® Transformational Somatic Journey
Join us at AWHI Yoga & Wellbeing for a powerful in-person ceremony blending cacao, breathwork, sound, and intuitive movement. This breath-led immersion is designed to release emotional tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect you with the wisdom of your body.
Through the Elebreath® five-phase arc: grounding, activation, cathartic release, integration, and soulful reflection: you’ll be guided into a state of deep presence where breath, sound, and movement awaken what’s been waiting to be felt.

⚠ Safety & Disclaimer
Elebreath® is a powerful somatic breathwork practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep self-connection. For most people, it is a safe and transformative experience. However, like all modalities that work with the breath, body, and emotions, it can be intense at times, and it is important to understand the potential risks as well as the benefits.
During the session, you may experience sensations such as tingling, changes in body temperature, emotional release, or physical vibrations as your body clears stored tension. These are natural and usually pass quickly. Some participants may also encounter strong emotions, vivid memories, or temporary physical discomfort. These responses are part of the body’s way of recalibrating and integrating.
In rare cases, more extreme reactions can occur, such as overwhelming emotional catharsis, dizziness, or fainting. While these are uncommon, it is important to know they are possible. You will always be guided in a trauma-informed, nervous-system-sensitive way, with clear options to pause, soften, or return to normal breathing at any point. You are always in control of your pace and participation.
For safety reasons, this practice may not be suitable for everyone. Please contact me before booking if you are pregnant, or navigating cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma, PTSD, or psychiatric diagnoses. Adjustments may be possible, but your safety and well-being always come first.

No experience needed. You’ll be guided gently through the five phases of Elebreath®. Everything is trauma-informed and at your pace.
A light meal 1–2 hours beforehand is best. Avoid heavy food or caffeine just before, so your body feels open and comfortable for breathwork.
Doors open at 11:45 AM and the journey begins promptly. To honor the container, late entry may not be possible. Please plan to arrive on time.
Yes ? we open with a ceremonial cacao ritual, followed by the breath journey, oracle reflection, and light kai to close.
