Course leader
Andor Vince is a collections care advisor based in Auckland, New Zealand. He has worked in the heritage sector since 1998, including seventeen years in the United Kingdom.
Andor brings an extensive experience in emergency planning for heritage organisations at local and regional levels. His expertise lies in developing emergency preparedness programs and response strategies, emphasising leadership, positive team dynamics, as well as well-being, and resilience. In his teaching, Andor shares insights from his personal experiences in emergency response and coping with traumatic events, including situations of war and civil unrest.
