Come to the coolest, cheapest and most fun GIS Conference in New Zealand!

The NZESP Committee are pleased to invite GIS graduates and students to our AGM and mini-conference in Taupo. This event will take place all day on Saturday 2 Dec and continue into Sunday 3 Dec, including some active activities for those that want to get into the wonderful environment around Taupo. Some of the items on the agenda will be:

- Senior industry speakers talking about GIS career guidance

- A lightning talk competition for any ESP members (go on! it's only 5 minutes to speak! every entrant gets a prize!)

- Dinner (paid for as part of your registration) and quiz night

- Action activities (orienteering/mountain biking or more relaxed options if you prefer)

- We will also be announcing our Organisation of the Year and Mentor of the Year for supporting recent graduates. Make sure to nominate any organisations or mentors using the links below- it will only take a sec!

The lightning talk competion has prizes worth more than $1,000. Everyone that does a 5 minute talk gets a prize. Entries so far include:

Tickets only $29.80 for students and people within 1 year since graduation, $37.55 for junior professionals and $55 for seniors

Ticket price includes: dinner on Saturday night, morning and afternoon tea, prizes and entrance to venues etc.

Ticket price DOES NOT include: accommodation- you need to book your own- we are organising some options to consider, nor lunch Saturday (there will be options to order on the day), nor drinks on Saturday (cash bar will be available), nor mountain bike hire or other activties on the Sunday.
