You'll be sent the Google Meet video call link so check your email then click the link at the appropriate time. One link works for every meeting.

How do I join the annotation?

Register for one of the events and you'll be sent details of how to join the annotation.

You can come and go as you like - or not attend any meetings and simply annotate. Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
