Yes, it is possible to attend this workshop if you've already completed the ECD Online Masterclass. It will allow you to continue to practice with others who are also learning the art of emotional culture conversations (if you have not had the opportunity already) and also give extra skills, ideas and tips on how to use the deck in ways that you don't learn in the ECD Onlinr Masterclass.

Should I do both ECD Emotional Leadership Workshop and ECD Online Masterclass?

Attending the ECD Emotional Leadership Workshop will make you an even more effective leader and ECD Practitioner. But it depends on how committed you are to continuing your learning journey and practising the art of emotional culture conversations.

Do I gain a certificate or become accredited by completing this ECD Emotional Leadership Workshop?

No. Obtaining the ECD Practitioner Certification is completed only by the ECD Online Masterclass.

Do you show us how the ECD can be used with families in this workshop?

Not specifically during this workshop. But there will be a segment dedicated to questions, so you could pose this as a question to the facilitator to offer some examples of how the game can be used with your families so that you can take the game home and have more human and empathetic conversations with your family too.

Yes. Coffee, tea, water and some light snacks will be available in the workshop.

What’s your refund/cancellation/transfer policy?

Unfortunately, ECD Certified Consultants don’t offer refunds for this workshop experience.
However, you may send someone else in your place to this workshop if you can not attend for any reason.
You must notify your Workshop host that you will not attend the workshop and the name of the person that will attend in your spot.
If you cannot attend the workshop, and no one attends in your place, the Workshop host will post your ECD Emotional Leadership Workshop Kit to you (Value 199 USD) – so you don’t miss out completely.
If the Workshop Host cancels this workshop, you will be transferred to the next available workshop. You can contact the Workshop host for a refund if you cannot attend the revised workshop date.
