Event description

Description

Are you struggling with emotional stress and related health and relationship issues? Would you like to learn how to feel more peaceful, focused and effective in your own life? In this workshop will learn how to use tapping to let go unwanted feelings and related thoughts and tensions in your body. There are simple systems you can use to get to the root of your problem so you can gain more control of your life, your health and your happiness.

EFT is a simple and effective self help technique which will enable you to make the changes you want in your life, and assist family and friends - even your pet will appreciate it. One of the brilliant things about EFT is that it can bring relief in so many different situations.

Imagine you could feel better and calmer in challenging situations in a way that was natural, non-invasive, non-chemical, that was clinically proven to reduce your stress and cortisol levels, food cravings, depression and more? And you could do it for yourself!?!

Imagine you could overcome common aches and pains naturally, without pills, lotions or potions?

Imagine having a handy emotional first aid kit to immediately help yourself and those close to you during life's upsets to feel better in minutes, that was safe even for children and animals?

You don't have to imagine it; this course will teach you how to do just that, whenever you need it.

You can change and you can make a difference. I’ve never come across a more effective technique to get to the root of a problem and sort it out once and for all. Sometimes a problem will be resolved quickly, other times it takes some persistence. Either way, it’s still faster, gentler and more efficient than any other technique I’ve ever used – and I’ve spent years investigating many unwarranted claims! That’s why I’m so passionate about EFT – it does work and just about anyone can learn and start getting results right away.
