About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Chief Judge Christina Inglis of the Employment Court is inviting businesses to share their insights on key employment issues.

This is a unique opportunity to help the Court better understand what’s happening on the ground and gain a broader perspective from the business community.

Businesses are encouraged to provide feedback on topics such as performance management, disciplinary processes, restructuring, and redundancies—areas that continue to challenge many employers.

Previous sessions with Government Ministers have led to meaningful changes in regulations and policy, demonstrating the real impact of business input.

The session will be facilitated by Ashley-Jane Lodge, Partner at Anderson Lloyd, and Michael Prisk, HR/ER Consultant at Business Canterbury.
