About the Retreat
Life after 60 isn’t about slowing down, it’s about stepping into a new chapter with energy, confidence, and community by your side.
This retreat is a full day created just for women like you. Gentle yoga, guided meditation, nourishing food, and an uplifting workshop led by therapist Perry King (Relationship Therapist & Coach, Registered Member NZAC) will give you space to reflect, connect, and rediscover what lights you up.
What You’ll Experience
- Therapist-Led Workshop with Perry King, helping you reignite your purpose, discover your strengths, and reframe ageing as a time of reinvention, not limitation.
- Gentle Yoga + Guided Meditation to restore energy, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself (suitable for all abilities).
- Shared Meal & Wine designed for conversation, connection, and joy.
- True Community a room of women who understand your journey, where friendships and inspiration begin.
