Engineering and Design Faculty Tours 2025

Led by current students, these tours will take you and your whānau around the main buildings of the Faculty of Engineering and Design, showcasing our facilities and the services we offer. To highlight our four undergraduate programmes, we are holding two sets of tours—one dedicated to our Engineering and Design programmes, and the other to our Architecture and Urban Planning programmes.

Register for your ticket(s) today. Please book a ticket for every attendee. There will be a 3-ticket limit per student and their whānau to ensure as many eligible prospective students as possible can attend the tours.

Engineering and Design Tours will be running on the following dates:

• Wednesday, 19 March 2025
• Wednesday, 4 June 2025
• Wednesday, 23 July 2025

Architecture and Urban Planning Tours will be running on the following dates:

• Thursday, 20 March 2025
• Thursday, 5 June 2025
• Thursday, 24 July 2025

Remember to wear comfortable footwear as these tours are conducted on foot across the expansive buildings of the Faculty of Engineering and Design.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All tours will leave on time from the Faculty of Engineering and Design reception (Symonds Street entrance).

For health & safety reasons, and to avoid interfering in any ongoing teaching activities, these tours will not be entering any teaching spaces where teaching is currently underway, nor will we they enter any laboratories or active research spaces.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that the tickets can be made available for others wanting to attend.
