About this event

Massey University welcomes you to take an inside look into the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Food Technology (Honours) programmes. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the world of Food Technology and Engineering with our lecturers and current students. You will get hands-on experience working in our labs.

This is a free event during the school holidays for Year 11-13 high school students. It would suit students currently studying maths, physics, and chemistry who are interested to learn where these subjects could take them.

Students interested in Engineering

Build a 3D Printed Formula E Style Racing Car - including electronics and remote control, as well as interact with our LORE Robots, programming the robots to move in a designated space. Talk to our Engineering students first-hand about their experiences and why they chose Engineering; meet and talk with our lecturers; try out our virtual games; receive a variety of FREE 3D printed product; see our autonomous Robots and what they can do; and tour our Labs and Workshop.
