About this event
Enneagram and Mindfulness are powerful tools for increasing self-awareness, and developing strategies for mental wellbeing and resilience. In this 2-hour workshop, Enneagram coach Rachel King, and Mindfulness coach and therapist Pauline Skeates, join forces to bring the best of what these two transformational tools have to offer.
Pauline and Rachel will walk you through the nine personality types; exploring the habitual patterns of thinking, feeling and action of each of the nine types, and the ways we get ourselves stuck in patterns of stress, overwhelm and burnout. They will go on to facilitate nine mindfulness exercises, specifically tailored to calm the stress response pattern of each of the nine types.
The evening will be a powerful opportunity to learn, practice self-observation, and discover new tools and skills to build self-awareness and improve your mental wellbeing.
And after what 2020’s thrown us, who doesn’t need that?!
