At just $125 for this full day workshop including streamable and downloadable mindfulness meditation audio files, a guidebook and delicious catered lunch, morning and afternoon tea this is the ideal starting point for you to de-stress, learn a new skill with support from a group and an experienced facilitator.
The Experiencing Natural Ease workshop is specifically designed for people with busy schedules (or busy families). It is the perfect, simple and easy way to learn mindfulness and meditation covering all the basics in a practial and fun way during the course of one day.

About Your Facilitator, Fatima
Fatima Bacot is an Australian Metaphysical Teacher and Author whose services over the last 25 years are comprised of two main areas:
- bringing razor-sharp clarity to the profound breakdowns and breakthroughs humanity is experiencing across numerous fronts simultaneously as part of the Global Shift in Consciousness.
- assisting others to free themselves of crippling mental and emotional patterns by sharing the various insights and techniques whereby they may consciously master and co-create their lives.
In this regard, she enjoys utilizing the following mediums: Seminars, Classes, Workshops & Speaking; Astrological Diagnosis; Personal & Online Group Mentoring; Teleseminars and Webinars; and Blogging.
