ONE-DAY INTROUCTION TO MINDFULNESS & MEDITATION WORKSHOP

At just $125 for this full-day workshop including streamable and downloadable mindfulness meditation audio files, a guidebook, a free 12-month subscription to the Wildflowers app., a delicious catered lunch and morning and afternoon tea, this is the ideal starting point for you to de-stress and learn a new skill with support from a group and an experienced facilitator.

The Experiencing Natural Ease workshop is specifically designed for people with busy schedules (or busy families). It is the perfect, simple and easy way to learn mindfulness and meditation covering all the basics in a practial and fun way during the course of one day.

YOUR COURSE FACILITATOR IS ASTRID DE RUITER

Astrid de Ruiter – MSc (Physics), Grad Dip Counseling, Dip Holistic Counseling, QCA/PACFA Clin Member

Astrid is an internationally certified Mindfulness teacher, who has been teaching mindfulness to groups and individuals since 2006. She is also a counsellor/psychotherapist and has a background in science (physics).

Astrid's personal practice of mindfulness spans a period of over 16 years within various Insight meditation traditions. She brings a gentle yet lively and engaging presence to her teaching of mindfulness. She is strongly committed to helping participants develop their own relationship to mindfulness and mindfulness practice, so that it is personally and professionally relevant. She is gifted in her capacity to balance theory and practice, and to make the learning journey an inspiring and productive one.


About Mindfulness Works Australia

Mindfulness Works Australia provides public mindfulness introductory courses throughout Australia. Mindfulness Works was formed in New Zealand in 2013 and launched in Australia in 2015.
