Philippa Nielsen is going to give you an introduction to fermenting vegetables. This method is extending the 'shelf' life of vegetables but not only that. It's really good for your health.
Please bring: veges to chop (a whole cabbage, or a mix), salt, a grater and/or knife, a bowl and chopping board, plus a 1 litre bottling jar or similar...
