First Steps is our online programme for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and their family, friends and carers.

This event page is to book a place on group 16a commencing on Tuesday 4 June 2024.
If a family member, friend or carer will be taking part with you, you will need to select 2 places when registering.
There are 3 online sessions, with a 4- week gap between sessions 2 and 3, so please make sure that you can commit to the 3 dates in each group before booking.
Group 16a
Each session runs from 10am to 12.30pm
Session one - Tuesday 4 June 2024
Session two - Tuesday 11 June 2024
Session three - Tuesday 9 July 2024
