Keynote speakers :

Cassie Roma – Head of Content, The Warehouse Group

Cassie is a California native, and after 16 years in New Zealand, a proud YanKiwi.

Cassie is truly one of a kind as a woman in tech and leadership, working to drive creativity in content, delivering long-term views of deeply-embedded brand strategy, increasing the positive impact of social media across channels, dialling-up value through the influencer partnerships, & teaching brands how to scale their messages contextually.

She’s also spent a lot of time steering the ‘content, social media and digital storytelling ship’ for brands like Air New Zealand, ANZ Bank, Mighty River Power, The Warehouse Group & NZME.

Cassie has been awarded and recognised globally as a thought leader in the field of storytelling for brands, women in tech, digital marketing, and the economy of influence. She’s also a published writer and keynote speaker.



Michele Teague – General Manager, Marketing Kmart Australia

Michele Teague was most recently General Manager Marketing for Kmart Australia and left in 2017 to join the board of ASX listed The Reject Shop, a business with 360 stores around Australia.

Michele has had an extensive marketing career in Australia and New Zealand with brands in a range of sectors; including Telecom, Air New Zealand, KFC, Pizza Hutt, Fletchers, Metcash (IGA) and Woolworths, as well as being the Managing Director of The Campaign Palace advertising agency in Sydney.


Michele was the “Australian” judge at Cannes 2016 in the Advertising Effectiveness category. Prior to her move to Australia Michele had sat on the boards of ANZA, the Marketing Association, and was a Non-Executive Director of New Zealand Rugby League.


Michele was delighted to be invited to be a member of Kea’s global network World Class New Zealanders, a group of high achieving industry leaders who lend their influence and insight to help Kiwis succeed on the world stage.


Regan Grafton – Chief Creative Officer, Ogilvy New Zealand

Over the last 3 years his leadership has produced campaigns which have transformed brands and delivered spectacular results.


In 2018, Regan helped Ogilvy take out the Grand Axis at the New Zealand Axis Awards, along with international trophies from shows such as Cannes, D&AD, Award in Australia and One Show in America.

Previously, Regan was Executive Creative Director at FCB New Zealand and DDB New Zealand. He has been instrumental in many of these agencies successes, was a key part in winning Campaign Brief Creative Agency of the year 7 times for DDB and FCB's first Campaign Brief Creative Agency of the year title.

On a personal level, Regan has 38 Cannes Lions to his name, was ranked number six in the world (2014 Won Report) and number one in NZ, along with other countless international Grand Prix, golds, silvers and bronzes from Cannes, One Show, D&AD, Clio, Andys, London international, NY festival, Australian Award, Spikes, Webbys, Caples, and the NZ Axis Awards.

Whilst the quality of the creative product is paramount, Regan is also focused on business profitability.
