We have been working closely with CHASNZ to ensure that training and testing play an effective role in building competency in our front-line workers. We want to ensure that the foundational training courses that we offer, continues to have high value relevancy to meet the demands of the sector.

We would like to invite sector influencers and main contractors such as yourself to participate in our workshop. We want to get direct feedback on what the courses currently cover and what changes and updates industry want to see in a revamped course.

Our Foundation Passport courses are designed for workers starting in the industry and focuses on practical/behavioural foundation health and safety knowledge. We are looking at any alignment changes that may be needed to assist workers to sit the ConstructSafe Assessment of Foundational Knowledge. We are also seeking your views how Site Safe could best support the sector by offering the Assessment of Foundational Knowledge from our training centres.
